Are you able to issue a refund to a card other than the one I used for the original transaction?

We can only process refunds back to the original payment method. This is in line with card/bank restrictions and policies that we adhere to. If you've since replaced the card used for your initial purchase, we suggest reaching out to your bank to confirm that they can accept the refund on their end without any complications.
